MAINTENANCE/REPAIRS: Tenants are responsible for any damage to the property, excluding normal wear and tear. We charge $45/hour for maintenance/repairs during business hours, and $67.50 after hours and on weekends. Contractors/vendors may be called in as needed, and set their own rates.
1540-1550 10th Street is located at the corner of 10th & Marine Streets – behind 1004 Marine, on University Hill. It consists of four units total (two on Marine, and the two in back on 10th Street). From this central location it's an easy walk to the CU campus and just minutes down to Pearl Street. 1550 10th is the top level of the house on 10th Street, and shares the back yard with the lower apartment, 1540 10th. There's an A/C unit in the bedroom, and one assigned parking space in back off the alley.
Security deposit equals one-and-a-half times the monthly rent, with at least half due at lease signing. Cats are allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. ONE DOG is allowed with an extra $300 deposit (certain breeds restricted).
We can show the property any time during business hours, Monday through Friday, with at least 24 hours notice.
