964 Marine is an older house that was divided into two apartments, located on University Hill at the corner of 10th & Marine Streets. This spot is an easy walk to the CU campus and just minutes from Pearl Street.
Apartment B is mostly on the upper level of the house (large living room, bedrooms and bathroom upstairs), with the kitchen on the ground floor. It includes the enclosed porch/entry as well. There are vaulted ceilings in the living room and bedrooms. There is a small private deck off the living room, above the front porch. The yard and driveway are shared with the downstairs 2BR apartment (Apt. A). There is a storage shed on the property that tenants may be able to rent as well.

Enclosed porch = 6'6" x 12'10"
Kitchen = 7'8" x 17'
Living room = 20'7" x 11' main area + 7'9" x 6'10" by bathroom/stairs
Bedroom #1 = 10'6" x 11'11"

Bedroom #3 = 10'11" x 9'11" + 6'3" x 2'6" nook
This unit is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the photos and video belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances (stove, fridge, dishwasher) will stay in the kitchen. 
Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan for the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. ONE DOG allowed (certain breeds restricted) with an extra $300 deposit.
