City Gate - Hi! I'm rentting my RiNo studio starting 6/1. I love this apartment complex but I'm moving into a house. The complex has a ton of great amenities (although closed currently d/t COVID19). The building is doing mobile order food trucks every Wed/Sat which has been great :) This is a great location to the popular RiNo area - tons of fun bars/shops in the area. Close to I25 and I70.
