3. Credit scores to be 600 or higher (At least one applicant must meet this criteria). If credit scores for other applicants are in the 599 to 550 range then this is the “conditional range.” This means that as long as all other Rental Criteria is met (see Rental Criteria), then the required security deposit will be equal to 1-1/2 times the rental rate if the credit score is in the 599 to 575 range, or 2 times the rental rate if in the 574 to 550 range. If the credit score is below the “conditional range” the application will be rejected. Please see the Rental Process page for co-signer eligibility. 
4. HOA Rules and Regulations and Parking must be confirmed by tenant. Any HOA violations and fines will be tenant responsibility. Thank You.
