Bay Property Management was started ten years ago by Patrick Freeze in Baltimore, Maryland. At first the company only managed single-family houses throughout the Baltimore area, however, shortly after our doors opened we realized there was a massive demand for multi-family management as well. Over the last 10 years Bay Property Management Group has grown to manage over 5500 units throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. Bay Property Management Group employs over 170 people and is actively researching new markets to enter. Our company prides itself on customer service. Over and above anything else, our customer service is what separates us from our competition. We are utilizing the latest technology in the industry, and that technology is helping to provide greater transparency and reduced costs to our clients and customers. We carefully select our staff to make sure their core values align with those of Bay Property Management Group.
