 * Proof of employment: 3-month paystubs. If self-employed: 3-month financial activity and bank statements along with last year’s tax return required for verification. No co-signer applicants, please.
* Tenant pays all utilities including a $40 per person per month water fee.
* On site laundry provided at no additional charge
 * Renter’s Insurance required when signing the lease
