The bathroom is located off the kitchen with walk in shower. Entering into the living space are 2 large windows facing east, perfect for morning sunlight. On the backside of the unit is the bedroom with closet space. This unit is cooled by 2 a/c window units and 1 mini split unit. Laundry closet on the back side of the building, shared with other tenants of building. A fire pit is also located in the backyard area and is available for renter use.
