High-efficiency mini-splits provide efficient climate control, and an office nook and laundry room with washer/dryer add functionality. Enjoy outdoor living from the deck overlooking a wooded lot and beautiful creek, with designated off-street parking for one car and road parking for a second car. The large storage room downstairs is perfect for outdoor gear, holiday decorations or even an artists studio or workshop! 
Dogs are considered.
Things to know! 
Furniture is negotiable - keep it all, keep some or none - it's up to you!
There are multiple stairs to the cabin from the parking spot. 
There are multiple stairs to the laundry room and you must go outside to get to that area (also where the storage room is).
There are multiple stairs down to the creek but Oh so worth it!!! 
Only Black Bear Rentals, Inc. has the authority to rent this property.
