The lower level incorporates a guest room, bath, den, laundry center, utility room, and additional storage area. Outside you'll find multi-story decks and a gas log fireplace, perfect for outdoor entertaining. The property includes wiring for an EV charging station and access to the resort amenities which include a workout facility, pool, tennis court, and hiking trails. Perfectly located in a high-elevation gated community between Boone & Blowing Rock, this home offers luxury, quality, and comfort. 
Non-student and jointly leased, there is a security deposit typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Pet friendly for 2 small animals. There is a non-refundable $300 pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent. Age and breed restrictions apply. Utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Heat is propane-forced air along with a wood-burning fireplace and central air. Tenant renter's insurance with liability is required.
