This is an absolutely adorable home in the desirable Linville Land Harbor community! This two bedroom, one and a half bathroom unfurnished home is its own secluded paradise. Enjoy morning coffee or an afternoon book on the peaceful front deck. The backyard is an entertainers paradise with a back deck area, fire pit, and grill. This property is a non student rental and also not pet friendly.
Land Harbor is a quaint, lake community just 30 minutes from Boone. Some of the amenities enjoyed by residents of Land Harbor include year-round road maintenance, a heated swimming pool during the summer, golf course, tennis courts, fishing, shuffleboard, hiking trails, and planned activities throughout the year by an onsite Activity Director. There is all a Four Seasons Club and planned activities for year-round residents!
This property is leased jointly, with a monthly rent of $1070. The security deposit is typically the same as the rental rate and $200 administrative fee are due upon signing.
This property comes with water, trash pick-up, basic cable and basic Internet service. Recycling containers located in the community, but curbside recycling is not offered. Electric utilities are the responsibility of the tenant.
