Located in beautiful Trade, TN, this brand-new cabin offers modern comforts in a scenic mountain setting. Just 20 minutes from downtown Boone and ASU, each cabin includes a covered back porch overlooking wooded landscapes and mountain views.
Inside, you’ll find an open-concept living room and kitchen with vaulted ceilings, luxury vinyl plank flooring, plenty of natural light, and central heat and air. The kitchen is equipped with granite countertops, ample cabinet storage, and full-size appliances. The upstairs also features one bedroom with a closet and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. From the living area, step out to your covered back deck — perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors.
The lower level offers a versatile open living space with room for a den, recreation area, or office nook. This floor also features a second bedroom, a full bathroom with tub/shower combo, laundry area with washer and dryer, and extra storage. With exterior access, this level offers convenience and flexibility. 
Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Water, sewer, trash pickup, and yard care are included in the monthly rent. All other utilities are tenant's responsibility. This home is pet-friendly for either a cat or a small dog, so bring your furry friend along! There is a non-refundable $300 pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent. Age and breed restrictions apply. Ask your leasing representative for more information prior to submitting the application.
