Jointly leased, the security deposit is typically the same amount as the rent. A $200 administrative fee is due upon lease signing. Private well water and septic included in rental rate but all other utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. Kerosene heat monitor with supplemental electric baseboard. This property is pet friendly with a non-refundable $300pet fee and $30 monthly pet rent.
