Cal West Asset Management has been in business for over 40 years. Cal West specializes in homes, apartments, condominiums and multi-unit dwellings. In 2013 Cal West and H.M.S Property Management joined forces. H.M.S Property Management specialized in the management of single family homes, 2-16 unit residential investment and mixed residential/commercial properties in Santa Clara County. Since starting business in 1967, H.M.S. emerged as one of the most respected property management firms in the Bay Area. Their motto, "Serving with Responsibility, Caring for Your Needs" was the driving force behind their personal approach to property management. Today we operate as one company combining the experience and professionalism of the two organizations.
