Fergus Enterprise was started in the early 70’s by two brothers, Dr. Ahmad and Dr. Mehdi Orandi, to oversee their rental investment properties. The enterprise has now grown to properties spanning across Western Minnesota and Eastern North Dakota, encompassing the investment ownership of the next generation of the Orandi family. The pride of the founders belief in servicing the tenant is being passed along as the next generation carries the story forward. Our goal is to continuously improve our process to make your experience with us simple, pleasant, and noninvasive. To be there when you need us, and to be invisible when you don’t – always with a smile. And you can take comfort in knowing that as a private management company we are hired by owners to service tenants, not contracted by owners to service apartments buildings.
