Fetter Properties Management, Inc. is a name that is recognized as a leader in quality home rentals in Evansville. Having started in Evansville’s Historic Preservation Area in 1986, Fetter Properties Management now manages apartments, duplexes and single-family homes in all of Evansville, Newburgh and Northern Vanderburgh County. We place great importance on the properties we manage to ensure clean affordable living and maintain the highest standards in the rental community. We hold a Real Estate Broker’s license and are licensed by the State of Indiana to manage rental properties.
