Gold Medal Property Management was started by a group of property owners who knew there had to be a better way to manage their properties and their relationships with their tenants. We were disappointed by the customer service other property management companies in the Killeen/Fort Hood area gave to both the tenants and the property owners. We believe that people deserve to be treated with honesty and respect – and so we formed Gold Medal Property Management to do just that. Our tenants will find that Gold Medal properties are maintained to a higher standard. For example, we schedule preventative maintenance on all of our properties to make sure things stay working right. And if something does go wrong, we’re there – 24/7 making sure that your rental experience doesn’t leave you out in the cold.
