Homestead Property Management is a real estate brokerage located in Media, PA that has served landlords and tenants in southeastern Pennsylvania since 2012. Founded by the father and son team of Alex and Spiro Floratos, we use our 30+ years of real estate experience to help landlords get the most out of their investment properties. We focus on balancing the needs of our tenants with the financial realities of our landlords to provide tenants with quality, affordable housing while maximizing cash flow. Although we concentrate on property management, we are a full-service real estate brokerage, and help our clients buy and sell properties as well.
