As a veteran-owned business, we manage our own real estate portfolio including single-family homes, multi-family properties, and commercial office space. In 2010, Sharon and LeQuan Hylton (mother and son team) were so dismayed by the lack of quality, affordable housing in Richmond, Virginia, we started a real estate holding company called Unified Properties. As our experience and portfolio grew, so did our recognition and success in the area. In 2015, we launched Hylton & Company, LLC — a real estate and property management company committed to providing the same level of customer service we used to grow and nurture our real estate properties in the tri-city area. Today our dream team is just as committed to our clients’ goals, superior property management, and profitable real estate investing.
