For over 30 years, Innovative Properties, Inc. has been serving Annapolis and Anne Arundel County residents with full service commercial and residential leasing and brokerage services. Originally owned and operated by Richard and Barbara Neville Innovative Properties was purchased by Ben Mueller, a long time property manager with the company, in 2018 where it remains a small, privately held company offering personal service for both owners/investors as well as tenants. As licensed agents they members of MRIS, the multiple listing service, understand Maryland Tenant Law and oversee faster turnovers of vacant properties. With a residential portfolio of several hundred properties and a number of commercial properties under management as well, they have their finger on the pulse of the Anne Arundel County real estate market, offering superior guidance for buyers, sellers, investors and renters.
