Kevo was founded by real estate investors to specifically cater to the needs of rental property investors. We provide residential management services for all types of properties, from single family homes and condos, to small and mid-sized multi-unit apartment complexes (4-80 units). Our clients include investors of all kinds, from first time investors, to accidental landlords, and seasoned investors. We work with many local investors, and we have owners all over the globe, so we are accustomed to working with long distance landlords. We manage properties across the OKC Metro (including Edmond, Norman, Del City, and Yukon) and the Tulsa Metro area (including Owasso, Broken Arrow, Bixby, Sand Springs, and Grove).
