This is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome just outside of downtown Waynesboro! There is a one car garage with entrance at the rear into the basement. The master bedroom has a private bathroom, there is another full bath upstairs in addition to the other 2 bedrooms. The main floor has a half bathroom, large living area, as well as an eat-in kitchen. 
Tenant pays electric, water/sewer, trash, and gas.
$80 a month grounds Maintenance fee paid in addition to the rent that will cover the lawn care and snow and other projects.

Security Deposit: $1600

Monthly Pet Fee of $50 
Pet Fee of $500(non-refundable)
Prohibited Dog Breeds:
Akita, Show, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Sharpei, Wolf Hybrid, Husky, German Shepherd
