Based in Brookline, MA, Newman Properties has been involved in the real-estate business since 1987 when its founder, Matt Newman, began a publishing company focused on Boston-area real estate sales and apartment rentals. In the decades since, Newman Properties has expanded their ownership and management to over 650 residential units, as well as numerous office and retail properties in the areas surrounding Boston and Massachusetts’ South Shore. Currently, Newman Properties has several projects in the pipeline including condo-conversion, renovation & add-value projects, and buy & hold projects. In addition, the company is overseeing multiple ground-up construction projects, and is always seeking new acquisitions. Our priority is to enhance the caliber of the company’s diverse portfolio, while maintaining the high level of integrity and professionalism with both business partners and tenants that we have become known for.
