If you are selected, when signing the lease we require cashier’s checks only. No personal checks. Cashier’s checks must be made out to Now Realty Group. Check one is for the total rent including utilities and pet rent. Check two is for the total of security deposits.
Please drive by the property prior to scheduling a viewing. Please do not disturb current occupants.
The tenant is generally responsible for all utilities unless it is a condo with HOA that covers some of the utilities. You may be responsible for gas, garbage, electric, water, cable.

SCREENING CRITERIA

To that end we have a thorough screening process. If you meet the application criteria and are accepted you should know that other renters in the area are being screened with equal care and that the risk of illegal activity occurring in the area is reduced. Please review our list of screening criteria. If you feel you meet the criteria please apply. If you are declined or not accepted for any reason we will refund your application fee. In addition, we accept the first qualified applicant. All adults are required to apply to complete screening.
