Rock Rentals is a young, fast growing real estate investment and property management company. We live in the Hutchinson, KS community and surrounding areas, and have a vision for improving the quality of life and housing in our neighborhoods. We are a client-focused property manager, and are dedicated to earning and keeping the trust of the people we work with. We started in July of 2013, and two short years later in mid-2015 we were recognized as being one of the top rental property management companies in Hutchinson in the Best of Hutch Awards published by The Hutchinson News. Our diverse team comes from a variety of professional and vocational backgrounds. Our small team includes people who have worked in previous lives as , construction workers who did building, framing, and replacing concrete foundations of existing houses, school teachers, farmers, landscaping and accounting service providers. The diversity of our team’s strengths and abilities gives us (and our clients) well rounded and creative solutions to problems, as well as the attention to detail you expect in a business of integrity.
