Our mission is to enrich lives and communities through our niche of providing solutions for residential real estate. Spaces was founded in 2005 to manage one newly constructed condominium association in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. Our founder, Andy Turner, was involved in the development and sales of several more new condominium communities. The success of these communities and the need for professional management lead to an expanded vision to create a professional management company focused on providing stellar service in every area of residential real estate. Through a focus on customer service and standards of excellence as set out in our Vision and Core Values, we have grown to be the leading provider of property management services in Tuscaloosa, and we are nationally recognized for our third-party student housing management services, and our development services.
