Here at Sterling West Property Management, we are extremely passionate about what we do and have built a company culture of fun, giving back to our community and providing superior property management services. We manage over 500 residential properties all over the Rogue valley and have been honored to receive the Southern Oregon's Best Property Management Company three years in a row (2019, 2020, 2021)! We have three Licensed Property Managers on staff who have been in the business for over 10 years. As a team we have had our own experiences as tenants, homeowners and investment property owners and pride ourselves on meeting the needs of each individual. Managing your investment begins with a professional advertisement on our website which feeds out to over 80 other premium sites, along with attractive signage placed at the property. We show properties 5 days a week & do a thorough background screening on all applicants. We believe in full transparency which is why we do not have in-house maintenance; instead we have built a large network of vendors who give us preferred pricing and priority. We offer full maintenance coordination on all properties as part of our normal service. We drive by all properties monthly and perform interior/exterior inspections a minimum of twice per year.
