Great 3 Bedroom 2 Bath House! - This 3 bedroom 2 bath house is situated in a private neighborhood. It has a fantastic backyard and 2 large decks that were both recently repainted. Walking into the main entrance you have a small entryway that opens up into the kitchen. The kitchen has a traditional stove and then a bonus oven! Perfect for baking those apple pies :). Through the kitchen you enter into the open concept living/dining area. With great flooring throughout. There is plenty of space for entertaining! There are 2 bedrooms on the first level that are decently sized and have great closet space. The upstairs bathroom is nicely updated with a great tub and gorgeous tile. There is also a linen closet right outside the bathroom. There is a finished basement off of the kitchen that is a great size. It would make an awesome hangout! There is a pellet stove in the basement that keeps the basement nice and toasty on those cold winter nights. You have access to one of decks from the basement as well. There is another full bedroom downstairs with a nice closet space. The downstairs bathroom is great sized with a walk in shower. The washer/dryer is at the bottom of the stairs.
