Strat Property Management, Inc is a real estate development and management firm that focuses primarily on the multifamily housing and self storage classes of real estate. SPMI owns and manages more than 50 apartment buildings and complexes in two states, more than 70 self storage facilities in three states and several commercial buildings in two states. SPMI is based in beautiful San Diego, California, within walking distance of Balboa Park and many of our fine luxury apartments.
