Seasonal lease - available from November 1 through April 30. 
1 bed plus sleeping loft/ 2 bath condo, fully furnished upstairs and downstairs. Upstairs bedroom has a full kitchen with private deck and amazing views of Lake Dillon. Upstairs also includes a cozy bar area with a mini fridge. Gas fireplace on each level. Downstairs has a jetted tub and washer/dryer. The location is in the heart of Dillon. Great access to Dillon marina, amphitheater, post office, and all the local restaurants offered. Dillon bike path is walking distance from condo. Popular ski resort, such as Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper, and Vail are all nearby! Summit Stage bus stop is 1 block away. 
$2,500/month plus electric/gas and internet.
