The Prime Residential Group ("PRG") is a multi-generational, family owned and operated, apartment property focused investment and management platform. PRG has over 50 years of owning and managing apartment investments in the Dayton, Ohio market. We have strategically invested in south of Dayton submarkets such as Kettering, Centerville and West Carrollton to be able to enjoy the growth in these sub-markets. Over the past few years, we have done some strategic pairing of assets to effectuate several 1031 exchanges. This has yielded a 25% growth in assets under ownership and management. The management arm of the PRG organization prides itself on customer service with on-site management and maintenance.
