The Bedford Lofts is a 32-unit downtown historic building at the core of Bedford’s Centertown District, within walking distance to many local restaurants and businesses. Formerly the Clark and Co Plug Tobacco building, the property celebrates Bedford’s rich history while offering modern amenities to new residents.

Application Process: 
	• $50 app fee per person
	• Application result determines security deposit amount (typically one month's rent). 
	• Verifiable income of 3x monthly rent is required. 
	• If a co-signer is required, their income must be 5x monthly rent amount.
