Urban Pharm
Urban Pharm is a residential property management and real estate services company in Grand Rapids, Michigan. We began with just a few properties in 2007. A year later we moved to our office at 1025 Wealthy SE where we have called home ever since. Our entire office staff and most of our contractors not only work in Grand Rapids, but live here as well. We love our home and believe that housing plays a very important role in our community. Our mission is to protect the assets of our clients and maximize their returns by providing quality homes to our tenants that enable strong lives and communities. This mission is based on our belief that the interests of property owners and tenants are more closely aligned than most people assume. Though we act as agents for property owners, we must deliver quality rental properties and a high level of customer service to our residents. By providing this to our residents, we believe that property owners will be met with a greater return from their rental property.
