Lawn care is included in rent. The Landlord will take care of snow and ice removal above 2 inches. Tenants are responsible for removal if snow is below that amount.
Pets are allowed on a case by case basis; fees apply (one-time non-refundable pet fee of $100 plus $50/month for 1 pet or $75/month for 2+ pets).
