Cooney has built Colonial Property Management into one of the largest property management firms in the area. Colonial is a family owned and operated business with strong ties to the Military. Robert Autry is a Military Veteran as well as most of our devoted staff are either prior military or spouses of military. With three generations of our family invested in the daily running of Colonial Property Management, we epitomize the term "family owned & operated". We offer homeowners every 90 day tenant inspections as well as annual interior inspections and exterior inspections. Our completely digitized inspections process allows our inspection team to forward you inspection reports as they take place, keeping you fully informed of your properties condition. We use the number one rated property management software, allowing both our tenants and homeowners the ability of viewing documents, placing work order and accounting online. Unlike most companies who juggle between sales and rentals, we offer exclusively property management services. We do not have a sales department, 100% of our energy goes toward renting your home quickly and maintaining your property throughout your tenants stay.
