SNS Management was formed in 2016, but it's founders have over 30 years of real estate and property management experience combined. Admin Fee: $100
Residents are responsible for all utilities in the 3 bedroom townhomes.

1. A gross income of at least three times the monthly rent rate
2. No outstanding or delinquent accounts with utility service providers.
3. A credit score of at least 575.
4. No previous evictions in the past 7 years
5. No violent felonies ever or non-violent felonies in the past 7 years
6. No sex offenders
