First month, last month in advance, and security deposit required upon signing the lease. Deposits can be made in person when lease is signed or online, but future monthly rent payments using our online system is preferred. It is convenient and free of charge (using ACH transfer).

Security deposit is required upon signing the lease (and is 1.5x rent if you have pets). First and last month required before move in. All tenants must have renters insurance.
