Description
This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 1550 sq. ft. attached villa Located in the gated community of Village Walk in Bonita Springs (FL).
We use this villa personally between January and April each year and are looking to fill the gaps with guests looking for temporary housing between May and December.
As per our HOA policy, we can only rent to guests for periods of 4 months or more.
We would love to host small families, couples, singles, or groups of 3 or less.
The villa is fully furnished with all utilities, including basic cable, included in the monthly price. This villa has central heating and A/C.
The master bedroom suite boasts a king bed, bathroom with double sinks, shower, linen closet, and a large walk-in closet. There's also a flat screen Smart TV with Comcast / basic cable.
The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and a large walk-in closet. There's also a flat screen TV with Comcast / basic cable.
The 3rd bedroom has a single bed and futon that can be used as a double bed, it's a little cramped with the futon open but it will help in a pinch. The closet in this bedroom is not available for guests.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, flatware, utensils, and cooking tools. We have a fridge / freezer, electric stove / oven, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. There's also a counter between the kitchen and main living area that sits 3.
The dining areas is right off the kitchen and sits 6 comfortably.
The living room is large with a sectional sofa, lounge chair, and large slider leading to the outside lanai area. There's also a flat screen TV with basic cable.
We have an attached, single door, garage and a 2 car driveway. We can fit max 2 cars in the driveway and 1 in the garage. There is a strict no street parking policy in place from the HOA.
We have a large extended lanai area off the back of the house with chaise lounges, dining table for 6, large couch, a fire table, and a grill.
