During the summer, our Montreat houses have a week minimum stay, and that reservation must be from Saturday to Saturday. During the Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's holidays, all of our houses have a five-night minimum stay. During peak seasons like summer and October, the majority of homes have a 3-night minimum stay requirement.

Lower level: Large bonus room perfect for a home office, workout space or play room. Full bathroom and garage access to washer and dryer. Two car garage.
