We require:

• Income at least 3.0x rent combined

• No bankruptcy less than 3 years old

• No evictions less than 3 years old

• Utilities: Tenant pays all utilities

• Everyone over 18 years old is required to put in an application

Pet Policy:

• Pet rent: $25 (per pet)

• Pet non-refundable deposit: $250 (per pet)

• Pet refundable deposit: $250 (per pet)
