This cheerful home is close to shopping and dining. Freshly remodeled interior is clean and bright. Extra beach chairs and beach towels on hand for those frequent trips to the beach or pool. Community Amenities include: active clubhouse with library/game room, meeting/party space and full kitchen. Outside youll find a heated community pool, tennis, playground, basketball, shuffleboard and cornhole and bbq grilling area with covered picnic tables. Cable and WIFI included. NO PETS/NO SMOKING. 3 night minimum stay required however, Agent reserves the right to only accept 3 month minimum rentals during the high season months of December - April. DEC 1-APR 30: $3700 per month / $1600 per week / $250 per night* // MAY 1-NOV 30: $2600 per month / $1200 per week/$200 per night* (*additional fees & taxes apply).
