The perfect place for families and friends to gather, enjoy the expansive uncrowded beaches, hike through the sand dunes, and finish the day with a barbecue on the second floor deck as the sun sets over the Anacapa and Santa Cruz Islands.
The home is located directly on Silver strand Beach and just a couple streets away from Channel Islands Harbor. Tastefully decorated, the rooms feature a California beach vibe with a relaxed, family friendly atmosphere. The first floor includes two bedrooms each with queen beds, one full bathroom and a kid’s room, which has a bunkbed with two single beds. The main living area located upstairs features ample seating to watch movies on the HD smart TV. Amateur and professional chefs will rejoice at the fully equipped kitchen, appointed with two dishwashers, central island, name brand stainless-steel appliances and formal seating for eight. Working or having the kids finish schoolwork while traveling? Just past the main living room area is an office nook perfect for studying.
