The house has a brand new dishwasher, washer/dryer and refrigerator that I bought less than a year ago. There's no AC but there is a heater that covers the entire home, forced vent heat.
I have lived all over the Bay Area including Oakland and this neighborhood has been the safest I've lived in. All the neighbors are quite friendly.
It's 3 bedrooms and 2bathrooms, a front room, kitchen area, huge dinner room/living room. Plus a garage and additional den on the back of the house.
