Great 3/2 with a large pool, the screened area is almost as large as the home. Secluded location on Lake Seminole. Small neighborhood, quiet, close to everything yet tucked away from the crowds and traffic.

Nicely refurbished waterfront 3/2 block home on a canal 50 yards from Lake Seminole (freshwater)- easy access to the canal and/or lake for fishing, paddle boarding, paddle boating, kayaking, etc. You can even moor a small boat on the seawall. This home really is a hidden gem.

You will also have a large screened swimming pool (the outdoor area is almost as large as the home interior)- pool maintenance is included.

The home is completely refurbished, with all tile floors, an open plan with newer interior and exterior paint. All electric kitchen, newer central HVAC system. Quiet, private, on a dead-end street with very little or no traffic. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a refurbished kitchen with Corian counters, cooktop, JennAir combination of two wall ovens: a standard convection oven and a microwave.

Two off-street parking places, no on-street parking, no parking on the lawn. No smoking on the premises.

The current tenant is moving out on or before August 31. The home will be available for occupancy on or before September 1 at the latest, likely as soon as August 25.

One of the bathrooms is remodeled with a 3x4 shower adjacent to the large room with the paneling and the Murphy bed (converted garage). It could be the primary bedroom or a family room- the remodeled bathroom is adjacent to this room. The door to the pool is at the back of this room, it is all glass.

I apologize in advance for the situation (no tours until we have a serious/mutual interest and we have discussed the details).

I own the home, I supervised the refurbishing, it is a nice home in an interesting location. The neighbors are very nice/quiet/safe and you wont see much of them unless you want to- it is a very private area.

I prefer to discuss the property with potential tenants and review their application prior to scheduling a visit. I am sensitive to the privacy of the current tenant and will not schedule visits until we reach an agreement that you are seriously interested and qualify (application, income min $7,000/mo, stable employment, references, etc. required). You must have Renters Insurance with $100,000 Liability.

You will have excellent maintenance and no corporate management- the deposit is $2,500, pay your first months rent when you move in. You are responsible for all utilities and yard maintenance. Pool maintenance is included. Pets are negotiable, no large dogs.
