Description
Move in December 1st: Cottonwood Pass is a Recently Developed and Well Cared for 6 Lot mobile home park. These lots sit on the back of a 5 acre tract which is attractive to residents as they are off Highway 13 and have excellent access to it.
Water, sewer, trash and lawn care is included with the rent. Tenants will have a separate propane deposit. Tenants are required to apply, $50 fee per adult, and each adult living there needs to apply, be approved (600+ credit score), sign a 1 year lease and pay the 1 month's deposit and first month's rent before moving in.
This property is pet friendly, but we do require an additional $350 pet deposit/per pet, and an additional $25/month per pet. 2 pet limit. **Renter's insurance is required** NO SMOKING
