Thank you for your interest in our property at Canyon Creek Apartments! All units are unfurnished 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom. There is an on site manager and gym access for tenants only. The standard contract term is 12 months with a monthly rental rate of $700/ month and a standard $650/ security deposit. Upon approval, additional fees/ rates will apply to shorter term leases. Minimum of $1350 due up front and depending on the number of days occupied your second month will be prorated. All application are screened online with a $45 processing fee- a credit and background check will be performed. There will be an automatic denial for any applicant with an outstanding balance due to a property management group, rental agent, or mortgage company. Additional security deposit may apply to no credit/ low credit. We do not allow pets or smoking. No assistance programs e.g. section 8, vouchers, etc are accepted. You are required to have a monthly income of 3 times the rental rate= $2100/ month or an approved co-signer with a separate (group) application.
