Condo is fully furnished with a washer and dryer in the condo, refrigerator, Electric cooktop with built in oven, Microwave over the range and Dish Washer and all other small appliances, linens, Keurig Coffee Maker, pots, and pans, etc. Gated community with 24/7 security, multiple pools within the neighborhood, Tiki bar at the main pool, and a new Club house has upscale dining restaurant. Condo is on hole #15 of the Piper golf course and right beside a satellite pool. The community also has multiple tennis courts, pickle ball, Bocca Ball, 2 golf courses have 18- and 9-hole, full-service spa, Sauna, gym that is open 24/7, etc.

The condominium is fully furnished with a washer/dryer, Refrigerator, and all other appliances, linens, Keurig coffee maker, pots, and pans, etc. Gated community with 24/7 security, multiple pools within the community, tiki bar at the main pool, and a new main dining restaurant under construction coming soon! Condo is on hole #10 of the Piper golf course and right beside a satellite pool. The neighborhood also has multiple tennis courts, pickle ball, Bocca Ball, 2 golf courses, full-service spa, gym that is open 24/7, etc.
Master Bedroom with King Bed and Memory Foam Mattress with 2 nightstands, dresser and a mirror and TV to entertain at night while you are relaxing in bed. It has a walk-in closet for all your clothes and stuff etc. and then a Lenin closet for towels etc. Master bath attached to master bedroom has a walk-in shower and a toilet.
The second bedroom with twin beds separated by a nightstand and a chaise for storing stuff and it has a reachable closet for hanging clothes.
Common baths have a tub shower with curtain and a toilet coastal style decor.
Living room as a Couch set (3-seater + 2-seater) Plus an Accept chair and an ottoman for screeching legs or making comfortable and cozy.
The dining room has a modern elite dining table with 4 chairs and a seater to make anyone comfortable and cozy dining experience.
Outdoor Patio or Lanai has a Patio set for 4 people whether its early morning coffee or a wine in the evening looking at the lake view and golf view and sunsets are just beautiful.
The property comes with one car port and included in the base rent and one secluded storage room with keys in the condo for storing a golf cart, bike, or any other stuff that you may have.
-- Some fees are not included in the base rent because these fees are needed 2 to 3 weeks before your arrival so you wont have any issues entering the Club/Resort for use of any amenities after booking is confirmed and few weeks before I would request you to pay the fees and sign the lease agreement.
Please carefully read the terms and additional fees that apply for the rental!
-- Minimum rental days is 30 days and can be more up to 1 year or more but not less than 30 days. In the case of rental more than 181 days then there wont be any taxes accessed. Membership and Golf fees are 642$ irrespective of no of months rental. Security deposit is also a one-time fee. Please make sure the property is maintained in top condition in the same way it was handed to you. If you dont want to use any amenities including golf, then these fees dont apply.
-- Membership one time transfer fee (Non-Refundable) = 642$ one time fee for membership to resort amenities and golf during the rental.
-- Cleaning (Non-Refundable): One time departure cleaning of 250$ per rental
-- Pet fees (Non-Refundable): We welcome pets (Dogs) but there is a charge of 250$ per pet (Short term rental)
-- Lease Agreement: The resort membership transfer requires a signed lease agreement with the Owner and Tenant, and we will reach you for a signed lease agreement to be submitted to the office 15 days before your arrival. So, payment is due after signing the lease and 15 days in advance to get into the system to access the facility. A copy of your drivers license is required for your membership at the time of membership transfer
--Security Deposit (Refundable): 1000$ due at the time of membership transfer or when the lease is going to be signed and refundable if there is no damage to the property and we will return it within 30 days after the check-out. Just to ensure you have maintained the property in good condition and same as what we give you at the time of check-in. So far, we have not faced any issues, and everyone has been very nice.
Taxes (Non-refundable): There will be 12% Taxes for the rental period out of which 7% goes to the Florida department of revenue and 5% goes to the Manatee County for the rental less than 180 days. Tax is excluded for the rental more than 180 days.
UTC mall Sarasota is just miles away
Siesta beach and Lido Beach is around 30 min drive
Sarasota downtown is 20 min drive approx.
