832 17th is the downstairs of the house. There are three large bedrooms, and one medium sized. The smaller bedroom has an attached bathroom. One of the larger bedrooms has its own entrance from the outside. The yard and off-street parking is shared with the tenants upstairs in 830 17th, as well as the on-site laundry room (located in the lower level). There's extra storage for each unit next to the laundry room too.
The apartment is rented unfurnished. Any furniture/belongings in the unit belong to the tenants moving out. The major appliances in the kitchen (stove, fridge, dishwasher) stay with the house.
Approximate room dimensions:
Living room = 14'10" x 12'
Bedroom #1 = 9'4" x 11'10" (off living room, w/attached bath)
Bedroom #2 = 12'3" x 12'5" + 7'8" x 4'10" nook by closet (first room off past kitchen)
Bedroom #3 = 18' x 10'10" (with separate entrance)
Bedroom #4 = 10'11" x 15'1" (last bedroom past kitchen, next to hall bath)
Security deposits equal one-and-a-half times the monthly rent. We need at least half the deposit paid at lease signing, and can setup a payment plan to cover the remainder. CATS allowed with an extra $200 deposit per cat. ONE DOG allowed (certain breeds restricted) with an extra $300 deposit.
