Community amenities are also included, no extra charge! You'll have access to the community pool, jacuzzi, tennis courts, pickleball, basketball, volleyball, and walking trails! Our home is light and bright with the sun shining in and windows open!
Walk 1 block to the ocean and put your toes in the sand at our neighborhood Ponto Beach. You can walk and ride your bike everywhere; grocery stores and restaurants are within walking distance as well. Surfing, entertainment, and amazing shopping within minutes of home.
