Tenants are responsible for mowing the grass and trimming and weeding planter beds, so please be sure you have your own equipment and the time to keep the yard looking nice at all times, or be willing to pay a landscaper to do it for you.

Applicant Criteria
We seek long-term, responsible, non-smoking/vaping tenants with good rental references or mortgage payment history, and verified monthly income at least 3x the rent. All adults must complete our screening process ($50 per adult). We do not accept cosigners or comprehensive reusable screening reports.
