This three bedroom, one and half bath cottage offers sleeping for 6, a full kitchen including a dishwasher and open dining area. Relax sitting outside in the screened porch or on the newly added stone seating area with a fire pit where you can enjoy fresh air and ocean air. The living room offers ample seating for all and a flat screen TV with cable and WiFi. Down the hall youll find a newly renovated full-sized bath and the three bedrooms.
Tenant pays electric, and heat. Tenant is responsible for snow removal.
Water, sewer, wifi, and lawn care is included.
Pets considered (subject to owners approval) and will require an additional security deposit.
The home is equipped with a washer and dryer. The garage is available for use for storage, not for parking a vehicle.
